The Specifics

Ordering + Payment

When you make a purchase your purchase will be verified. Once your purchase is verified the price is locked in. We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, money orders, and bank and wire transfers. We do not have a minimum or maximum credit card purchase, but we do offer cash discounts on some products for large purchases. Please contact us to set up a wire transfer.

Delivery and Insurance

Orders are shipped and insured via United States Postal Service, UPS, and Fed-Ex. Please note that, due to the high value of our products, packages require a signature upon delivery. Packages may take between 1-10 business days to be shipped depending on the product; we will provide you with tracking information via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

All packages from GMRgold require a signature upon delivery. We reserve the right to re-ship damaged items or refund your money at our discretion.

Return Policy and Market Gain

Should you wish to return a product you will be responsible for all associated costs. This includes shipping, packaging, and insurance. Please make sure that any return is packaged securely. A $20 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Refunds and returns of precious metals may require a surcharge in order to reconcile your purchase price with the current market price. That amount will be charged to your account. Any market gain on cancelations will remain property of the GMRgold.
