From the moment your order leaves GMRgold until you sign for it, it is fully insured by our insurance policy. This only applies if you sign for the package yourself. If you ask carriers to leave the package unattended, with someone else, with a building manager, or at a drop-off location, it is not insured.
If your precious metals are lost or damaged during shipment, GMRgold will pursue a claim with the insurance company and will either re-ship your items or refund your money.
