Full Description

The 1932-S Washington Quarter, a 25-cent piece issued by the United States mint, has the lowest mintage of the entire Washington Quarter series. This piece represents one of the two key date coins of the Washington Quarter series. The other one being produced at the Denver mint during the same year.


The obverse face offers the finely detailed sculpture of John Flanagan from a 1786 bust of Houdon


The original reverse bears an eagle sitting on a branch, adorned above an intersection of branches. This reverse was used until 1964.
