Full Description

$10 Indian Gold Eagle was struck by the United States mint continuously from 1907 to 1916, and then irregularly until 1933. The obverse and reverse are both designed by Augustus Saint Gaudens, who could live till the coins’ release.

Obverse:

A left-facing bust of Liberty wearing a Native American headdress with 13 stars surmounting the design.

Reverse:

An eagle standing on a bunch of arrows encircled by an olive branch. The words ‘In God We Trust’ inscribed on the left side of the reverse facing coin.
